Our story
Founded by practitioners, not a brochure.
Forli Consulting, Inc. was founded by senior data scientists and model validators who spent the previous decade inside global banks, insurers and large technology firms — building, deploying and second-lining the models their organizations depended on.
We started the firm because too many engagements split these disciplines: a data science team that can't deploy, an MLOps team that can't validate, a risk team that can't read the code. We bring all three to the table, in small senior teams.
Today we work with regulated firms in financial services, healthcare and energy — and with technology companies whose ML now meets the same expectations.

Rigor over theatre
We prefer a small, well-validated model in production over a large unmaintained one in a slide deck.
Documentation is a deliverable
If a regulator, an engineer or your future-self can't read it, we haven't finished the work.
Leave clients independent
Knowledge transfer is built into every engagement. Lock-in is a failure mode, not a business model.
